Asimismo, en materia de pesca informó que ya cumplen un año en el mar las estructuras para arrecifes artificiales que se colocaron en Armería, por lo que harán un estudio para ver cómo se está comportando la fauna y si es una buena alternativa para otros lugares como Manzanillo.
En este renglón, dijo que Manzanillo requiere alternativas porque no se puede crecer en la pesca ante el desarrollo portuario, pero los pescadores de tradición quieren seguir en su actividad.
